HOW CAN I RECEIVE YOUR SERVICES?

You can sign up online or call us at 1-561-479-8411, we even can schedule an appointment if you would like to do it in person, either at your home or office.

HOW DO I LET YOU KNOW THAT I HAVE AN ORDER TO PICK UP?

If you choose Twice a week service, the driver will stop by on his scheduled date, whether you have an order to be picked up or not. If it is on call, you will be serviced on the day the driver is scheduled for your area or if you need it rush you will be attended for the same day you need it. 

HOW WILL I KNOW MY SCHEDULED DROP-OFF AND PICK UP DAYS?

Upon sign up, you will receive a starter kit which contains an information packet with the days assigned for your area and time of the day. 

DO I HAVE TO BE THERE WHEN THE PICKUP AND DELIVERY IS MADE?

No, our driver will provide the service to your pre-determined location, unless you specifically request the driver knock on your door to get the bag or to deliver. 

WHAT ABOUT HOLIDAYS?

We will inform you about schedule changes for pick up and delivery during holiday weeks. 

DO YOU RECYCLE HANGERS?

Yes, just put it in a bag and our driver will pick them up to be recycled. 

HOW WILL YOU KNOW IF I HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

You can email us or call us with your special request. You can also put a note in your green bag with the special instructions, if other than what you already specified when you signed up, otherwise we will handle your garments based on your profile.

HOW DO I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE?

Your cleaning will be charged to your credit card on file after each delivery. 

HOW DO YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?

We use the latest encryption and authentication services for all of our transactions so that your credit card information remains safe. 

WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN I GET MY CLOTHES BACK?

For assistance call our customer care representative, or email us and your situation will be handle ASAP. 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

No, we value your business and will pick up even if you only have one item to be cleaned.

HOW DO I GET MY DISCOUNT FOR NEW CUSTOMER OR REFERRALS?

When you sign up, we will instantly generate the discount coupon for your order and we will give it to you with your starter kit. On referrals, every time we get a referral from you we will send you an email for your records and at the same time it will get recorded on our system.
